As a skilled public speaker, Kaito has conducted numerous workshops on studying abroad at prestigious Japanese high schools. In 2023, he embarked on a tour of these schools, presenting a special piano recital program to further art education. Additionally, he has worked as a teaching assistant and managed partnerships at Jishukan High School. In recognition of his leadership and contributions, he was awarded the Young Leadership Award at the Dubai International Education Conference 2.0 in 2024. Kaito is currently focused on expanding his influence in global leadership education.

He began his classical piano education in Japan under Yoriko Mitsumatsu and Saori Nobata, and has continued his studies in the UK with Lucas Krupinski and Yura Zaiki. In 2024, he is set to enhance his skills at the Mozarteum University Salzburg Summer Academy under the guidance of Connie Shih. Additionally, Kaito had the privilege of receiving instruction from Mihály Berecz, a renowned Hungarian pianist and pedagogue at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music. He achieved awards at the Young Artist Piano Competition and the Beten International Piano Competition in 2021.

Beyond performance, Kaito leverages his musical talent for social good; he founded UCLef, a program that brings classical music to socially disadvantaged individuals. He has led tours across London with a group of 13 student musicians and organized fundraising concerts to aid communities in Africa. In 2022, he launched "Lights and Shadows," his first solo recital program, in collaboration with digital architecture artists. This innovative project, blending music with digital art, has been performed in over six cities across the UK and Japan, aiming to create more inclusive and engaging classical music experiences.
